They are intended for use and re-use in a variety of environments, and each product is customizable with variable data printed on the subsurface and RFID inlay programming. The adhesive RFID label construction encapsulates the entire RFID inlay, sealing it from environmental conditions that could have an adverse affect on the performance.

Kiyon Inc., announces the release of the KAN354B for BACnet WiFi Mesh, the newest edition to the company’s line of wireless building automation BACnet routers, designed for indoor commercial and industrial building systems. The WiFi mesh enables new and retrofitted buildings to be outfitted with building controls with minimal or no new wiring required.

The technology allows customers to make additions or changes to their systems, or accommodate tenant moves.

Canon U.S.A., Inc. has introduced the new DR-4010C scanner, the latest addition to the company’s DR scanner line. Providing color scanning up to 40 pages per minute and 80 images per minute, the scanner is appropriate for the health care, legal, financial, education, and government markets, and offers a number of new features, such as automatic detection of color or black-and-white document scans, the ability to handle a wider range of documents, as well as black-and-white contrast enhancement for improved low-contrast document imaging.

The C530 series includes new features such as the Eco-Mode function, which minimizes power consumption and paper waste. The KwikPeek from Wireless Imaging LLC is a wireless battery-powered camera. According to the company, the camera systems can operate for several months on just one set of AA batteries. The camera is also designed to shut off automatically based on the chosen timer settings. It can serve a variety of security and monitoring functions, and the system can send wireless video more than 300 feet through walls and floors to any TV.

The system takes less than 10 minutes to set up, can operate up to four cameras on one system, and includes a long-range, RF, handheld remote control unit.
