Building Management System

TAC, a provider of open, integrated systems for building automation, has announced the availability of the TAC Vista 5 building management system. It features graphics tools that provide building management capabilities from the analysis of facility alarms, to gathering and managing the critical data needed for day-to-day operations and energy management.

Graphics can be created, modified and re-used for any facility, and can be developed without extensive training, according to the company. The system’s graphics use XML-based markup language, as well as standard Document Object Models and JavaScripts for calculations and mouse interactions.
