TAC Vista is a LONWORKS-based, open-system building management software from TAC, a supplier of building automation, security systems and energy solutions. The product features an open architecture that allows interoperability with third-party systems. It also combines environmental controls with facility and energy management features into a single, seamlessly interoperable solution.

The software uses the Windows 2000 or XP operating system and runs on TCP/IP and standard network equipment. The modular, client/server design allows users to customize the program to specific needs. Advanced alarm functions, including recommended measures and operating reports, are also featured. All data can be presented, exported and imported into local Windows-based applications, as well as to external databases.
