SAN MATEO The design-build team of McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. ( www.mccarthy.com ) and architectural firm Kwan Henmi Architecture/Planning, Inc. completed construction on College of San Mateos (CSM) new Health and Wellness Building with an adjacent Aquatics Center.
