The new corporate vice president of innovation and technology at HSM, Gregg Greulich, will lead and manage the team to ensure development of transportation and furniture solutions for certain markets such as health care. Coming to the firm with 12 years of management experience in engineering as well as research and development, Greulich previously served as senior director at Evenflo Company Inc. and later managed infant care durable product programs.
Paul Whitson, AIA, joins HOK’s St. Louis practice as senior vice president and health care principal. Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center physician Raymond L. Ebarb, MD, FAAFP, has been named president of the New York State Academy of Family Physicians (NYSAFP). As the organization’s chief officer for the year, Dr. Ebarb is responsible for administrating and implementing policies. He holds 25 years of experience in family medicine and was a founding partner of Great South Bay Family Medical Practice in West Sayville, N.Y.
Recently named lead architect of the health care IT advisory services division at MedSys Group, Thure Meyer will be responsible for advising clients on their IT infrastructure and security to fully support their health care systems. Spending nearly 25 years in the financial sector, Meyer offers a unique perspective on the health care IT market, bringing extensive knowledge about infrastructures, disaster recovery plans and overall technology support to his new role.
Health care construction specialist Troy Stutz is the new project executive at RJM Construction, where he will provide project leadership on large assignments with a focus on health care projects. A 25-year industry veteran, Stutz is an experienced project manager specializing in preconstruction, construction planning, scheduling and estimating for health care facilities. Most recently, he served as project manager for a local general contractor.
Vicky Gregg was chosen to serve on the TriZetto Corp. Board of Directors as non-executive chair. A member of the board since 2008, the former BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee chief executive officer holds over 25 years of experience in various health care settings such as clinical and long-term care, hospital administration, and health care benefits and financing.
Richard Onken, AIA, EDAC, one of the new vice presidents for Leo A Daly, is an architect and senior project manager with 23 years of federal and health care planning and design experience. His project portfolio includes new construction and renovation of medical centers, hospitals, clinics and specialty facilities.
Newly appointed vice president of Leo A Daly, Jeffrey Monzu, AIA, NCARB, has been with the firm for 18 years. An architect and senior project manager with over 20 years of experience, Monzu primarily focuses on medical facility programming, design and long-term master planning.
Deputy Vice-Mayor Angeleta Gray has been chosen to serve as commissioner for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners in Palm Springs, Fla. During her term, Gray will assist the district in ensuring that access is available to a comprehensive health care system and that the delivery of quality services is provided for the residents of Palm Beach County. She has been a member of the Delray Beach City Commission since 2009.
Jim Noble, senior vice president and chief financial officer at Huntington Memorial Hospital, located in Pasadena, Calif., has been promoted to executive vice president, chief operating officer/chief financial officer, where he will oversee all of the hospital’s acute operations, as well as information technology, finance, ambulatory services and physician strategies.
