New Hospital Project Builder Selected

NEW LENOX, Ill. – Morgan/Harbour Construction was selected to complete a build-out for Southwest Dermatology within the Silver Cross Medical Office Building at the Silver Cross Replacement Hospital in New Lenox.

The new Southwest Dermatology project will include the 2,100 square-foot build-out of a customized interior suite with a waiting area, examination rooms and office space.

Ben Warriner is leading the construction team, which includes Project Manager Josh Peters. Design Organization Inc. is providing the architectural services.

Morgan/Harbour has completed several projects within the Silver Cross Medical Office over the past few years.

The replacement hospital is slated to open its doors next year.
