HVAC ENCLOSURE

The Soffi-Steel System, from Grice Engineering, is a custom-fabricated enclosure system designed to conceal any size or type of utility, including HVAC units. The modular steel pipe concealment is designed to provide a durable, maintenance-free facing, while meeting interior aesthetic expectations.

The system was initially intended for high-security implementation, concealing fire sprinkler and plumbing systems. It has been used in many facility types, ranging from jails and prisons to university dormitories and high-rise occupancies.

According to the manufacturer, the system has a higher melting temperature than plastic and aluminum pipe covering systems, and can be specified to fit any space, with minimally intrusive installation.
