Arup announced that Carl Crow, PE, ASHRAE HBDP, has joined the firm in its Houston location as an associate principal mechanical engineer with a concentration on health care and research facilities. Crow will be focused on growing the firm’s health care and research design, planning and consulting services in Houston.


TLC Engineering for Architecture Inc.’s board of directors announced that Michael P. Sheerin, PE, LEED AP BD+C, has been named to succeed Debra Lupton as CEO of the firm. Sheerin is currently serving as the firm’s director of health care engineering. He will assume the role of CEO in early 2015.
Jessie Robertson has rejoined HGA Architects and Engineers as associate vice president and business developer in the Los Angeles office. Robertson, who previously served as HGA’s business developer between 2006 and 2010, will implement new business and marketing strategies in health care, higher education and government/corporate market sectors in Southern California.
Francis Cauffman, a New York-based architecture firm, announced that Haley Driscoll, IIDA, has been promoted to director of health care interior design. Driscoll is an interior designer with knowledge of health care issues and trends. She has more than 20 years experience at the firm, managing nationally-acclaimed projects for health care environments. She also oversees new and long-term client relationships.
Sheila F. Cahnman AIA, ACHA, LEED AP, announced the launch of a new consulting practice, JumpGarden Consulting LLC, based in Chicago. With more than 30 years of industry experience, the new firm will provide health care design and planning solutions with an independent viewpoint and a unique understanding of the market. Cahnman previously led two award-winning regional health care architecture practices and was most recently national health care market Leader for AECOM.
Stalco Construction has hired AnaTracey Hawkins as vice president of marketing. Hawkins serves as Stalco’s business development executive. She is in charge of sales and marketing activities, including developing relationships with prospects and clients, coordinating company-wide business development efforts and organizing promotional events.
Shen Milsom & Wilke welcomed Cherise Poulin as director of health care business development. Poulin has 18 years of experience as a professional marketer in the A/E/C industry. Prior to joining Shen Milsom & Wilke, Poulin served as director of health care marketing at Perkins Eastman Architects. Her responsibilities included targeted client and business development activities focused on the health care industry.
Ryan Companies US Inc. announced that Connor T. Lewis has been hired as vice president of development for the company’s health care sector in the southeast region. In his new position, Connor works closely with health systems, physician groups and other health care providers across the nation facilitating their growth strategies through strategic real estate acquisitions, development and construction.
