AdventHealth announced that Brett Waress, MHA, FACMPE, has joined AdventHealth Hendersonville and AdventHealth Polk as vice president of strategy and service lines, the system said Feb. 5. In the role, Waress will guide growth across key clinical service lines and support efforts to strengthen access to care while aligning services with community needs. He brings more than 25 years of health care leadership experience, including senior roles at Tampa General Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Florida and the University of North Carolina. AdventHealth President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel Tryon said Waress’s background in program growth and partnership development positions him to support clinically excellent, compassionate care. Waress said he is grateful to join a mission-driven organization committed to whole-person care that addresses body, mind and spirit.
