After earning a Bachelor of Architecture and a CED in Urban Planning and Design from The Ohio State University, Hess dove into the world of healthcare design, holding leadership positions at several international design firms. An innovator, Hess is known for his expert ability to lead and successfully navigate complicated, high-quality projects from start to finish. He has effectively managed the strategic development, master planning, and design of healthcare facilities both domestic and international for highly respected clients. His knack for seamlessly collaborating with hospital staff, consultant teams, physicians, and every member of the project team is critical to the success of every project he touches, as his impressive record shows.
