KNOXVILLE Police are investigating a fatal stabbing that left one man dead overnight in East Knoxville.

GALAX, Va. (AP) Police in Southwest Virginia say a gunman opened fire inside a Wal-Mart store, wounding an employee before fatally shooting himself.
