New Healthcare Development Site Planned Within Tampa Mixed-Use Conversion Project

JLL announced on March 13 that the firm’s Central Florida Healthcare Practice Group has been selected to lease RITHM, the approximately 100-acre, mixed-use urban development focused on expanding Tampa’s Healthcare footprint.
