Lynn Drover, CID, IIDA, LEED AP, and interior designer with Ratcliff architectural, interior and planning firm in Emeryville, Calif., recently passed the American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers examination and earned an AAHID certificate.
Lenette Wells, AIA, was promoted to architect at Entech Engineering Inc., of Reading, Pa., after successfully completing the Architects Registration Exam. Wells will work in the firm’s facilities planning and design group and continue her work on sustainable building design, historic preservation and project management.
Gkkworks, an architecture and construction services firm based in southern California, hired Kenneth Buck as regional director for its San Diego office. He will manage regional operations primarily in the healthcare, education and government sectors.
Martin Gilliat was appointed to principal of Cannon Design, an international architectural firm. He will be responsible for helping the firm expand its presence in the healthcare and general practice markets. He has more than 20 years of experience designing hospitals in Europe and Asia. Nirmal Mangal, AIA, FIIA, also joined the firm as vice president. Mangal has more than 30 years of experience, with a portfolio that includes healthcare and science, higher education and research facilities.
