INTECH Pre-Construction Team
Philadelphia-based construction manager and general contractor, INTECH Construction promotes four long-time staff members to serve as the firm’s new principals.
Joe Kelly is a driving force behind INTECH’s Pre-Construction Department. He provides leadership to the company’s in-house team of specialty estimators, and leads the estimating and purchasing efforts on projects both large and small.


Sarajane Eisen, PhD, serves as the new vice president of the business development division at Skyline Art Services. Primarily focusing on northern Texas and central US regions, Dr. Eisen carries over 30 years of experience. She has spent her career in professional practice and academics, teaching Interior Design at Auburn University, Texas Christian University, and Lamar University. Dr.
Daryn Kumar is the new chief executive officer of Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, California where he previously managed the 423-bed hospital at the northeast corner of Briggsmore Avenue and Coffee Road. Kumar has worked for Sutter Health since 2004 and most recently served as interim CEO for Sutter Medical Center in Sacramento. He was also chief operating officer at Sutter Roseville Medical Center.
Dr. Daniel Jurak has been appointed to the board of directors at Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers. A family medicine physician who practices full time in Coal City, Jurak joined the medical staff at Morris Hospital in 1994. There, he has served in a number of leadership roles over the past 18 years, including vice president, president, and chief of family practice.
Cannon Design announced that David L. Radue has been appointed to the position of associate principal. During his more than 25 years of experience as an interior design project manager for health care, Radue’s work has been recognized with numerous design awards, including a Modern Healthcare/AIA Design Award for the Center for Women and Newborns at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
Leo A Daly hired Archie Aamoth, MHA, as vice president and corporate director of the planning, interior design and engineering firm’s health care programs.
Asante Health System has named Scott Kelly as the new chief executive officer for the Rogue Valley Medical Center. Working for more than 12 years with Asante, Kelly has served as the firm’s chief strategy and business development officer. In his new role, he will keep focus on the company’s goal to improve clinical outcomes and enhance patient experience.
Jason Freeland was promoted to vice president at Heery International, where he will serve as the director of the company’s health facilities design studio in Atlanta. In this role, Freeland will be responsible for strategic direction, marketing and operations for all of the studio’s health care projects.
FKP Architects elected three new members to the firm’s Board of Directors: Michael R. Rader, AIA, ACHA, LEED AP, Edward E. Huckaby, FAIA, ACHA, ACHE, Gary S. Owens, AIA, ACHA, LEED AP.
Balfour Beatty Construction recently hired John Waltz as its new senior vice president for the Houston division’s Large Projects group, where he will help the company expand its presence in the Houston area. Waltz has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, including work in the office, energy, retail, health care and education markets.
