Irvin E. Richter, who founded Philadelphia-based Hill International in 1976, has resigned from his role of chairman of the company’s board of directors. He will continue to serve as a member of the board and has also been given the title of chairman emeritus. He previously served as the chief executive officer of Hill International from 1976 to 2014.

The Vermont Association of Hospitals and Health Systems recently named Jeffrey Tieman as the organization’s new president and CEO. Tieman is currently chief of staff at the Catholic Health Association in Washington and will begin his new position in late August. Tieman earned a master’s degree in professional studies from George Washington University and attended Colorado College.
