The design of the new lung restoration facility will offer a new perspective on the way medical facilities are built. At the groundbreaking ceremony, a solar panel was signed that will be part of the new building, which will be carbon neutral and environmentally friendly.
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Craig Hospital, a nationally ranked rehabilitation center for spinal cord and brain injuries, completed a capital campaign in January that will help double the size of the facility and help finance expensive patient care. KANSAS CITY, Kan. — While the Cambridge North Patient Tower is still being constructed on the Kansas University Hospital’s campus, the hospital has decided to expand the tower right away instead of waiting for the facility to be overcrowded due to the large volume of patients the hospital sees, according to Lawrence Journal-World.
