Construction management firm STO Building Group announced the appointment of Peter Bulgarelli to its Board of Directors.
Bulgarelli is an experienced leader with over four decades in healthcare, real estate and corporate services.
Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President at Ventas Inc., a publicly traded healthcare REIT. There, he served as Executive Vice President, Outpatient Medical & Research and as President and CEO of its Lillibridge Healthcare Services subsidiary. Bulgarelli also served on the board of Ardent Health and has participated in its Audit, Nominating, Compensation and Strategic Committees. His other board experience includes healthcare real estate and nonprofit organizations.
“Peter’s longtime experience in real estate management, particularly in healthcare, makes him an excellent addition to our board,” said Jim Donaghy, STO Building Group Executive Chair, in a statement. “His insights into the healthcare market further round out the expertise we have in this impressive group of directors, who continue to help inform our strategic direction as an organization.”
Bulgarelli holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois and a graduate management degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
