David Rosenfeld

HGA recently welcomed David Rosenfeld, LEED AP, as associate vice president in business development for the Southern California region. He will lead business development in Healthcare and Science & Technology, focusing on client relations and new opportunities throughout the Southern California market.

Rosenfeld has 20 years of professional experience in business development, marketing, strategic planning, and communications in the architecture/engineering/construction industry.

Before joining HGA, he was Director of Business Development at SmithGroup in Southern California, where he focused on healthcare, S&T, workplace, and higher education markets. He previously held business development and marketing leadership roles with Sundt Construction, and Kitchell in San Diego, and Tishman Realty & Construction in New York.

Rosenfeld has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications from Tulane University in New Orleans. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
