Building Sealant
Dow Corning 756 SMS (surface-modified silicone) Building sealant is a clean building sealant that minimizes staining and reduces the pick up of dirt. The sealant provides a low-friction surface that reduces dirt pick up and significantly reduces fluid migration that leads to staining. The sealant has a matte finish but also has a “slippery” touch, which reveals the product’s dirt-resistant abilities. The low rub-off avoids problems during maintenance and window washing. The product comes in several colors including adobe tan, black and bronze.
