Fabric Upholstery
BioFit Engineered Products now offers bleachable fabric and vinyl upholstery options. The new upholsteries bolster the company’s existing selection for health care, laboratory, education and custom seating, providing disinfectable, green choices. The BioFit bleachable upholsteries are manufactured by CF Stinson. Six disinfectable patterns consisting of numerous colors are available. All feature antimicrobial properties and are Greenguard certified, with four patterns also offering fluid-barrier protection. They are all cleanable with a 10 or 20 percent bleach solution, depending on the pattern, or quaternary cleaner. Additionally, these upholsteries offer enhanced soil and stain resistance and are rated extremely durable — each meeting or exceeding 100,000 double-rubs in testing.
