Melissa Farling, FAIA, LEED AP, has joined HDR as managing principal of the Phoenix office. Arup announced that Carl Crow, PE, ASHRAE HBDP, has joined the firm in its Houston location as an associate principal mechanical engineer with a concentration on health care and research facilities.
