Quick-Connect Couplers
Flow-Rite Controls launches its line of quick-connect couplers for use in industrial, chemical, and medical/life science applications. Made of high-grade UV resistant polypropylene, non-swell Viton O-rings and stainless steel springs, the couplers are capable of gamma sterilization and provide aversion to corrosion and acidic degradation, according to the company. Its design permits high flow, with its pressure range of up to 100 psi and temperature of up to 160 degrees. Each coupler features an ergonomic push-in button for hassle free adjustments and disassembly, according to the company. Exclusive keyed connection options are offered, as well as valved and straight through versions. Other options include multiple barbed and threaded terminations as well as valved and straight through versions. The couplers are available in custom colors and labeling.
