Flagship Healthcare Properties has broken ground on Wiregrass Ranch Medical Pavilion I, a 46,000-square-foot medical office building planned at the intersection of Strickland Avenue and Wiregrass Ranch Boulevard in Wesley Chapel, Fla. The company said construction is expected to take about 11 months, with initial tenants scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
