Bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare design, Madhu Gresla was recently named business development director for the Chicago Healthcare practice of Cannon Design. In her new role, Gresla will team closely with other healthcare leaders in the Midwest region to implement strategies that support the firm’s objective of delivering excellence in project design and client satisfaction. Prior to Cannon, Gresla served as Vice President, managing the healthcare practice for Pratt Design Studio, Ltd. in Chicago. Her experience includes assignments for Loyola University Health System, Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare, BJC Health System and Harvard Medical School. A member of the AIA Healthcare Committee, she is a contributor to Healthcare Design and Modern Healthcare magazines and has participated in exhibitions such as the Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Chicago Women in Architecture Showcase. Gresla holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
