Roof Membrane
Colbond Inc. introduces EnkaRetain and Drain, a sustainable roof product that absorbs and retains water so plant roots have a continuous source of moisture while allowing excess water to filter through and drain.
It is made of a non-woven filter fabric bonded to a three-dimensional Enkadrain 3000R series drainage core. The core is composed of environmentally friendly, post-industrial, recycled polyproylene molded into a square patter. The shape allows water to flow from all directions and the water retention fabric holds 10 times its weight in water.
