Silent Knight’s newly expanded IFP Series of products conform to the new standards mandated by UL, as well as offering enhanced features and benefits, according to the manufacturer.

Among those new features, the IFP Series now supports synchronization of System Sensor A/V appliances in addition to the existing Gentex, Wheelock and Hochiki products. A USB port has been added to increase compatibility with laptop computers, and all products in the line now upload and download five times faster due to data compression software upgrades. Additionally, the IFP-1000 has an increased power supply of six amps.

The series includes the IFP-50, IFP-100, IFP-1000 and VIP models. Silent Knight is part of the Honeywell life safety group.
