The new Sherwood table from SurfaceWorks features SAFEEdge, a polyurethane seamless edge that is soft and pliable, cushioning the blow if someone falls against the table or when tables are banged together. The option is designed for applications where seniors or toddlers are present. PURWood, another polyurethane edge style, is available for facilities that want the look of a solid wood finish, but require a table that is more durable to withstand daily abuse.

The table is also available in PURTech, a polyurethane seamless edge that offers a high-tech look. Solid wood-edged laminate and solid wood models are also available.
