BATON ROUGE, La. — Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital in Baton Rouge broke ground on a new facility on Feb. 18. The state-of-the-art hospital will provide, high-quality medical care for the children within a network of pediatric health care excellence in Louisiana.

The design of the new lung restoration facility will offer a new perspective on the way medical facilities are built. At the groundbreaking ceremony, a solar panel was signed that will be part of the new building, which will be carbon neutral and environmentally friendly.
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Craig Hospital, a nationally ranked rehabilitation center for spinal cord and brain injuries, completed a capital campaign in January that will help double the size of the facility and help finance expensive patient care. This fundraising effort was the largest campaign in Craig Hospital’s 109-year history, according to Craig Hospital.
The Care Exchange Workstation by Midmark Corporation is designed with an additional workspace to accommodate the use of paper charts and files in the exam room. The workstation also provides enough space for computer access and features a 12-inch by 20-inch secondary, upper work surface. It also offers a flat panel monitor arm to elevate the screen over the work surface to provide more space.
