Andrew Beilfuss, AIA, NCARB, joined HDR Architecture as healthcare principal at the firm’s Pasadena, Calif., office. Beilfuss will be responsible for strengthening HDR’s healthcare practice in the West and maintaining new and existing client relationships.


Design and engineering firm PSA-Dewberry named Jennifer Taylor building information modeling manager at its Dallas office. Taylor will be responsible for developing BIM standards and assisting with strategic development.


Lillibridge, a Chicago-based healthcare real estate firm, promoted John Montgomery, in Dallas, and Charles Fendrich, in Chicago, to executive vice president. Both previously served as senior vice president.


Skanska USA Building Inc. promoted Craig Eckert to vice president of operations at the construction company’s Nashville, Tenn., office. He has 15 years of commercial healthcare experience and is currently overseeing a $150 million tower addition at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.


Carmel Architectural Sales, a provider of exterior building envelope solutions in Anaheim, Calif., hired Chuck Mowrey as vice president of business development for exterior glazing and cladding systems and services in the southern California and Nevada commercial markets. Mowrey most recently served as president of Harmon Inc., a specialty glazing contracting company.

David S. Angle was promoted to chief operating officer and Jeffrey P. Merritt, CCM, was promoted to president of Reynolds Construction Management. Anthony P. Worrall is now president of Reynolds Restoration Services.


GreenWorks Studio, a partner company of Harley Ellis Devereaux, hired Edward Dean, AIA, LEED AP, to lead its San Francisco office. Dean has 25 years of architectural design experience and 10 years of academic teaching experience.


WHR Architects, based in Houston, announced Laurie Waggener, RRT, IIDA, AAHID, joined the firm as part of its knowledge resource studio. In her new role, Waggener will be involved in identifying areas for research and accessing credible evidence for specific projects, according to the firm.


HGA Inc. hired Suzanne Currie to serve the firm’s user experience and lean consulting practice for healthcare, higher education and the arts. The firm also promoted Heloisa Botelho, LEED AP; Tim Duffy, AIA, LEED AP; Edith Jeon and Dang Nguyen to associate at the firm’s Sacramento, Calif., office. All three architects work in the healthcare and education markets.


Stan Pearson was named manager of the healthcare division of Triton Construction in Garden City, N.Y. He has more than 30 years of construction industry experience and most recently served as senior vice president and head of project development at Barney Skanska Construction.


PSA Security Network, an electronic security cooperative with members responsible for more than $1.7 billion annually in security installations, appointed Brian Mathieu as chairman of its national accounts committee. Mathieu has more than 25 years of experience with electronic security.

Rotobrush International LLC, a provider of energy-efficiency solutions based in Grapevine, Texas, hired Clint Harris as vice president of business services. He previously worked for 13 years at Lennox Industries, a manufacturer of heating and air-conditioning systems.


Environ-Solutions, a manufacturer of green-certified cleaning chemicals, hired Mark Warner to serve as regional sales manager for the Atlantic Seaboard region of the United States, director of training and project manager for the disinfectants and sanitizers division. Warner previously served as national sales manager for chemical manufacturer The Bullen Companies.


FACILITIES/ORGANIZATIONS


Ora Hirsch Pescovitz, M.D., was named executive vice president for medical affairs and CEO of the University of Michigan Health System. Pescovitz previously served as executive associated dean of research affairs at the Indiana University School of Medicine since 2000. In 2004, she was named president and CEO of Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.


The U.S. Green Building Council appointed Scot Horst to the newly created position senior vice president, LEED. Hosrt served as chair of the LEED Steering Committee during the last three years.


After 16 years of service to the International Facility Management Association, President and CEO David J. Brady announced plans to retire during the first quarter of 2010. He leaves IFMA with 26 years in association management experience.


Joint Commission Resources, a nonprofit educational resource for healthcare organizations wishing to meet accreditation standards, appointed Clarion E. Johnson, M.D., to its board of directors. Johnson is currently the Global Medical Director of the Medicine and Occupational Health Divison of Exxon Mobile Corp.
