Waller brings more than 28 years of leadership experience in healthcare facilities management, construction and regulatory compliance. He has a proven record of overseeing large hospital portfolios, optimizing infrastructure performance, and advancing safety and operational excellence across complex healthcare environments.
Waller’s career includes more than a decade in executive and senior leadership roles with Medxcel/Ascension, where he served as vice president of support services, area vice president and regional director. In those roles, he led national operational strategies, managed multimillion-dollar capital programs, negotiated enterprise service contracts, and supported compliance aligned with Joint Commission and DNV standards.
Most recently, Waller supported healthcare and higher-education organizations through data-driven facility solutions focused on building performance, lifecycle planning and regulatory readiness. He holds an MBA from Purdue University and is completing a doctorate in business administration with a focus on strategy and innovation.
