Solverson brings experience in scaling healthcare and safety-led organizations, building accountable, high-performing teams, and delivering sustained growth. His appointment reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to North America and its purpose of protecting life, dignity and safety through trusted partnerships.

Solverson previously served as Head of Sales for North America at Kingsway Group Global, a leader in ligature-resistant solutions for healthcare and mental health markets, where he was responsible for driving operations, revenue and new order growth. He is also the former regional director for Xtract One Technologies and senior director of sales for healthcare for Metrasens, where he focused on the U.S. and Canada.
