Adventist Health System announced that Olesea Azevedo has accepted the position of chief human resources officer and senior vice president for the health system. Azevedo will define, develop and implement a system-wide human resources strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives. She will be working in the Altamonte Springs, Fla. headquarters.


Esmaeil Porsa, MD, MPH, CCHP-P, CCHP-A, has been named executive vice president and chief strategy and integration officer at the Dallas-based Parkland Health & Hospital System. In this new role, Porsa will collaboratively lead efforts to improve the integration of care delivery systems, including ambulatory, acute- and post-acute care.

Architecture firm Taylor Design has named Kevin Hinrichs, LEED AP, principal at the firm. He will continue to be the director of Taylor Design’s office in San Francisco but will also operate as principal-in-charge. Hinrichs will oversee all aspects of the company’s Northern California operations, from business development to office management.
