Symmetry GUEST is a new web-based visitor management system created by AMAG Technology. The cloud-based system speeds the flow of hospital visitors while improving customer service. The product helps organizations to enforce security policies while also reducing costs. The program will operate on any tablet, smartphone or PC while using any web browser. Symmetry GUEST issues a visitor pass electronically to the visitor’s mobile device via a GR code or barcode, which allows visitors to be easily identified. The system allows for guests to be pre-registered, which will send a map or directions and instructions to the visitor.
