Sharp Rehabilitation Center Completes Renovations
SAN DIEGO — A complete design-build renovation of the Sharp Memorial Hospital rehabilitation center in San Diego has been completed. The facility is a 14,172-square-foot, single-level building in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego.

James Kendrick, AIA, has joined FKP Architects as vice president and senior project manager for the health care sector. Kendrick is responsible for project leadership, strategic client relationship development and overseeing adherence to health care design best practices. His 27-year career has focused on health facility planning, design and operations. Kendrick will step into the project manager role for Parkland Hospital in Dallas, which is currently in design.
