C.W. Driver recently promoted Richard Freeark to vice president of operations for its San Diego region. Freeark, a 32-year construction industry veteran, will be responsible for the operational oversight and client satisfaction for the firm’s projects, including healthcare and education facilities in San Diego and Los Angeles. Freeark has spent the past 9 years with C.W., bringing much experience in corporate level interface with clients, architects and other team members. He has made an impact by penetrating the healthcare market, one of the firm’s key arenas. As project executive, Freeark was responsible for operational oversight and client interface for general contracting and construction management projects in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. A LEED accredited professional for the Green Building Council, Freeark most recently oversaw numerous past and current C.W. Driver-led projects in the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. His experience also includes projects at Valley Presbyterian Hospital and Kaiser Medical Center in the California region.
