Groundbreaking Held for Phoenix Acute Care Facilities

PHOENIX — Sante Partners announced a groundbreaking event for the company’s second and third post-hospital stay rehabilitation centers. The facilities in cities of Surprise and Chandler will feature state-of-the-art physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation centers operated by Sante, an owner-operator of senior living properties.

 

Sante Surprise and Sante Chandler will be made up of 52,000-square-feet and feature 70 all-private patient suites, a large rehabilitation gym, and amenities that parallel an extended stay hotel. 

 

Based in Phoenix, Sante targets markets where there is suitable demand shoots for completion of most projects within 10 months of groundbreaking. The company utilizes investment vehicles made up of high net worth participants to fund its projects.
