Fort Bliss Combat Aviation Brigade Occupies First of Three Modular Buildings from Ramtech Building Systems

The Army has recently occupied the first of three permanent modular buildings developed and built using the Accelerated Building System by design-build construction firm Ramtech Building Systems of Mansfield, Texas.
