Material for Solid Surfaces

Swanstone NSF-approved solid surface products allow health care facility designers/specifiers to create friendly, warm interiors in hospitals and nursing homes. It is a commercial grade, impact-resistant, non-porous, solid surface material that stands up to high-traffic and heavy-use, available in a wide variety of colors. From showers and shower wall systems that include barrier-free models to wall paneling, trim, counters and vanity tops, the compression-molded solid surface resists cracks, dings and gouges. It has a heat resistance of up to 450 degrees.

The product does not promote bacteria or fungi growth, and can be easily sanitized with bleach and water or any other cleaning sanitizer. It is also chemical and stain resistant, so substances such as blood, citric acid, hydrogen peroxide, iodine and nitric acid will not mar its surface.
