GreenGrid’s green roofing system modules are designed to add flexibility to green roofs. Vegetation and growth media are placed into modules composed of 60 percent postindustrial, recycled, high-molecular-weight polyethylene. The modules come in a variety of sizes and three depths: Ultra Extensive (2.5-inch depth), Extensive (4-inch depth), and Intensive (8-inch depth).

Modules are placed on the roof, with as many as 4,000 square feet installed in a day. If the roof or rooftop mechanicals need repair, the modules can be picked up while repairs are completed and then reinstalled.
