A new ice machine from Hoshizaki America Inc. produces up to 352 pounds of ice per 24 hours. The ice-making apparatus is protected by a special antimicrobial agent, and features a stainless steel evaporator with no plating or chipping, which allows individual crescent-shaped ice cubes to form on both sides of the evaporator. For the user, this means clear ice formed from the purest water.


An alert system sounds an audible warning when the machine needs service.
