Pence Contractors of Oswego, Ore., announced that chief operating officer Tim Baugus, LEED AP, DBIA, has joined the company’s ownership group. Since joining the firm in 2020, Baugus has fostered strong client partnerships, mentored project teams and played a pivotal role in building Pence’s portfolio across multiple market sectors, including education, healthcare and civic. Having worked in the construction industry for more than four decades, Baugus offers deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership, dedicated to mentorship and collective success. Baugus spent more than three decades with Skanska, rising to the role of senior vice president, before accepting the position of vice president with Pence. He was named COO in 2024. His background includes construction, preconstruction, healthcare, schools, data centers and commercial projects.
