Penny Busch has joined CBRE Healthcare as a principal consultant in Dallas. Busch has more than 15 years of experience in the health care and commercial industry and has knowledge related to project scheduling, budgeting and procurement. Prior to joining CBRE Healthcare, Busch served as a senior program manager at Parkland Health & Hospital System. She holds a Bachelor of Science in architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Tim Schaefer has rejoined CBRE Healthcare as a principal consultant in Richmond, Va. With more than 20 years of health care experience, Schaefer has worked on both the owner and consultant side of project management. Prior to joining CBRE Healthcare, Schaefer served as director of facility construction and planning at the Carle Foundation Hospital. In his role at CBRE Healthcare, he provides project advisory solutions on multiple projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
