Bharat Petroleum Corp Ltd said it has started operations at its new Bina refinery in Madhya Pradesh, six months later than envisaged. The crude distillation unit of the refinery, which has an annual capacity of six million tonne, was commissioned on June 29, BPCL said in a statement here.
