TIFTON, Ga. — Tift Regional Health System in Tifton will be changing the way that it stores patient information as the hospital moves to put all financial and medical information into one system. The new platform will combine seven information systems to allow doctors and patients to stay healthy and on budget when providing care, according to local new source WTOC.
Sentient is offering customizable image displays used in Radiation Therapy rooms to give the patient a personalized, calming environment. The radiation therapy features HD and 4K Ultra HD resolutions to give patients the sharpest display available. It is available in portrait or landscape mode and can be installed on walls or ceilings in multiple different display configurations. The product is custom engineered for radiation therapy environments and comes with custom bezels to match wall or ceiling selections. The company offers recessed installation and surface mount framing systems.

GREENVILLE, S.C. — The patients of Greenville Health System are now able to access care via computer, smartphone or tablet this month as the health system rolls out its new telecare system. The system not only allows patients access to their information, but it also allows patients with minor illnesses such as bladder infections, sore throats, ear pain or sinus infections to be examined through SmartExam, the hospital’s telemedicine portal.

The grooved-end 910GF ACV is UL Listed and available in 2- to 8-inch sizes. It is typically installed in commercial or industrial fire sprinkler systems to automatically reduce a higher inlet pressure to an adjustable lower outlet pressure. The diaphragm-actuated, pilot-operated valve is sensitive to downstream flow and pressure fluctuations.
