BHDP Architecture — with offices in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio, as well as Charlotte and Raleigh, N.C. — has appointed two new leaders in its Healthcare market as part of its continued expansion of design services.
Mindy Graves has joined the firm as Healthcare Market Leader. Graves brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare design, construction and capital program leadership. Most recently, she served as associate vice president of design, construction and real estate at Broward Health in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where she provided oversight for healthcare facilities planning, capital projects and real estate initiatives across the system. Her career also includes senior leadership roles at national and international architecture firms, including Perkins+Will and HOK, where she worked on large-scale healthcare programs and complex clinical environments. At BHDP, Graves will be responsible for guiding healthcare market strategy, supporting client relationships and coordinating healthcare initiatives across the firm.
Matt Scott, AIA, ACHA, has joined BHDP as Healthcare Client Leader. Scott has more than 10 years of experience delivering healthcare projects, with a focus on pediatric facilities and complex clinical spaces. Prior to joining BHDP, he served as a project manager at GBBN Architects, where he supported healthcare clients through planning, design and project delivery. At BHDP, Scott will work closely with healthcare clients to support project execution, coordination and engagement throughout the design process.
The leadership appointments reflect BHDP’s continued investment in healthcare expertise across its national practice.
