Caitlin DiMarzio Promoted at Array Architects’ Philadelphia Office

Array Architects recently announced the promotion of Caitlin DiMarzio, AIA, LEED AP, to Studio Director in the firm’s Philadelphia office. With more than fifteen years of experience in healthcare design, DiMarzio guides complex projects with clarity, calm leadership and a collaborative approach.  

“Caitlin brings a thoughtful balance of technical strength and team leadership to our Philadelphia studio,” said Tim Nichols, Chief Operating Officer of Array Architects, in a statement. “Her ability to communicate clearly, anticipate challenges and support clients through every phase of design makes her an invaluable leader on our team.”  

DiMarzio’s portfolio spans imaging department fitouts, cancer treatment center renovations, ambulatory facilities and major outpatient developments completed for regional and national health systems. Her recent work includes significant roles on projects for Jefferson Health, Penn Medicine, Temple Health, RWJBarnabas Health and Nemours Children’s Hospital. She is known for her ability to organize teams, maintain alignment among diverse stakeholders and lead with steady, solutions-focused guidance.  

In her previous role as a Health Sciences Practice Leader, DiMarzio guided multidisciplinary project teams across all phases of design and construction. Her work reflects a consistent commitment to quality, evidence-based design principles and environments that improve the patient and caregiver experience. She is also recognized for mentoring emerging staff and supporting teams with clarity and confidence.
