HITT Acquires Central Consulting & Contracting

HITT, a Falls Church, Va.-headquartered general contractor serving the U.S., strengthened its position in the New York healthcare market with the recent acquisition of Central Consulting & Contracting, the New York metropolitan area’s leading healthcare construction firm.  

Established more than 30 years ago, Central Consulting & Contracting’s extensive industry knowledge and experience will combine with HITT’s national network to develop complex medical facilities. To streamline the transition and oversee quality of service, Richard Simone, Central’s CEO and founder, has been made vice president of HITT’s New York office. Additionally, Central’s team members joined HITT’s New York office, bringing the team to more than 70 New York-based professionals.
