Belimed has released a new sonic cleaning unit, the UW 565. Designed to address current clinical issues with limited sonic capacity, space and flexibility, the UW 565 is a single-chamber wash/rinse unit with dual-stack tray capacity and standard cannulated irrigation systems. It fits inline with existing sterile processing department (SPD) sinks and countertops and has more than twice the capacity of current wash and rinse chamber consoles in a narrower overall width that’s ideal for large volumes of both current and future orthopedic, bariatric, MIS and robotic instruments.
