Howard Drenth
Howard Drenth was named CEO of the Presence Medical Group (PMG), a group led by more than 320 physicians. In his new role, Drenth will provide direction and leadership in collaboration with the Presence Health physicians, which will shape the organization’s goals and focus. A health system executive of more than 15 years, he began his career as an occupational health manager in Michigan.


Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG) appointed Nathalie Le Bos as CFO, in which she will be responsible for overseeing and strengthening the network’s global financial functions. Le Bos recently served as CFO for PHCG Europe. A seven-year veteran of Publicis Groupe, she was also the operations control director for Publicis Worldwide, where she was instrumental in enhancing operations in the Europe office.

Newly hired project manager for Conshohocken, Penn.-based Shoemaker Construction Co., Matt Madeira will oversee and manage all phases of a construction project from preconstruction to completion, including the development of a project schedule, construction plan and project phasing. During construction, Madeira is responsible for managing and directing the work of the specialty contractors and personnel.
