Emre Ozcan

Plaza Construction has named Emre Ozcan as executive vice president for the Washington, D.C., office managing the Mid-Atlantic region. Ozcan brings to Plaza over 25 years of experience in the construction industry focused on key market sectors of multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, life sciences, corporate and institutional construction.

During his career, Ozcan has been successful in implementing strategic market diversification plans, fostering cohesive relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, enhancing operational excellence, and managing profitability. He has worked with such leading clients as George Washington University, Arlington Public Schools, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Exxon Mobil, Bechtel, Baylor College of Medicine, and Rice University, among others.

Ozcan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Northeastern University, and a Master of Business Administration from Boston College.
